Rosie Hughes Senior Advisor, NASH RRI

Rosie Hughes has worked in the humanitarian field for a decade and a half, including across Africa, Asia, and North America. Most recently, she led efforts at the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) to expand refugee education and labor pathways to the United States. She received an undergraduate degree in History from Dartmouth College and holds master’s degrees in Education and Journalism from Harvard Graduate School of Education and Sciences Po, respectively. She has also worked as a journalist in France and her home state of Maine where she currently resides with her husband, two children, and hopefully, one day soon, a dog.
