The closest parking garages in the area for your convenience:

• Tower Self Park: entrance located on Adams Street between Franklin and Wells Streets.
• 500 W Monroe Garage: entrance located on Monroe Street between Clinton and Canal Streets.
• 322 W Van Buren Street Lot: entrance located on Van Buren between Wacker Drive and Franklin Street.

Attendees may choose to travel into O’Hare International Airport (ORD) or Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW).

Public and private transportation options into the city of Chicago are available from both
airports.

Our goal is to provide a safe experience for all participants. During our meeting, we will follow the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Please note, some of the CDC’s travel guidelines differ for individuals up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines and individuals not up to date.

• Per CDC guidance, individuals who are up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines do not need to get tested or self-quarantine prior to travel. Individuals who are NOT up to date should get tested before and after travel, engage in social distancing and, in some cases, self-quarantine.

• In addition, the CDC recommends that both up to date and NOT up to date individuals wear masks indoors in public in areas where the COVID-19 Community Level is high.
• At this time, the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign does not require masks indoors.
