Logan Kelly Director of Program Operations

Logan Kelly is the Director of Program Operations at the National Association of Higher Education Systems (NASH), where she provides portfolio-level leadership across initiatives in the Center for Data & Analytics and the Center for Postsecondary Improvement. In this role, she partners with system leaders, external collaborators, and internal teams to design and operationalize initiatives that help public higher education systems apply data, research, and improvement approaches to advance student success at scale.

Before joining NASH, Logan worked in academic operations at The Ohio State University, where she worked with faculty to manage undergraduate and graduate curricula, program assessment, and student services. Her background also includes roles in nonprofit performing arts administration, with a focus on community‑ and school‑based programming. Taken together, Logan’s experience across higher education and nonprofit organizations informs a human‑centered, systems‑oriented approach to program design and operations grounded in collaboration, data‑informed decision‑making, and continuous improvement.

Logan holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Music from The Ohio State University, along with certifications in project management and public and nonprofit leadership.
