Constructive Dialogue Institute
The Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is a nonpartisan nonprofit that partners with colleges and universities to foster cultures of inquiry and dialogue. CDI believes that a thriving democracy depends on people’s ability to engage across differences, think critically, and collaborate to solve shared challenges. Since 2017, CDI has partnered with more than 150 campuses to embed these skills across entire institutions, from presidents to incoming students.
CommonTime Pathways
CommonTime Pathways helps higher education systems reach one of their largest overlooked student populations: creative students, who show up in every major, not just the arts. As demographic decline shrinks the traditional pipeline and AI reshapes the skills employers value, creativity is becoming a core workforce asset. CommonTime gives institutions the tools to identify, recruit, and build lasting relationships with creative students, bringing the same intentionality colleges already apply to athletic recruiting.
