Hornet Holistic Pass Fullerton College

Fullerton College’s Hornet Holistic Pass provides book, transportation, and meal vouchers to promote academic success among formerly incarcerated students. By reducing recidivism, increasing access to education, promoting empowerment, and breaking the cycle of poverty, HHP aims to foster a more equitable and inclusive higher education system.
