Leadership Academy Systemness Program
Our first offering, the NASH Leadership Academy’s Systemness Program, is designed for college and university system leaders responsible for academic affairs, student services, human resources, finance and administration, research, advancement, and information technology.
Program Curriculum
The Systemness Program will have two residential sessions (October and March) and a series of group webinars and individual coaching sessions in between the sessions. The curriculum is designed to provide, apply, and revise practical adaptive leadership tools that will enable system leaders to navigate through their challenges in pursuit of the benefits of systemness in their college and university systems.
Presented by experienced leaders and scholars of college and university systems, the program includes:
- Two in-person sessions
- Interim webinars and individual coaching
- Focus on developing and implementing an Adaptive Leadership Plan
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this program, participants will:
- Understand the current state of American college and university systems
- Learn practical diagnostic, treatment, and evaluation tools for adaptive leadership
- Develop an individual Adaptive Leadership Plan
- Receive individual coaching and peer feedback on implementation of their plans
- Build their individual and organization leadership capacity, and even thrive in this complex world
